1 – Improv team

Improvisation at the service of individual and collective creativity

  • Warm-up exercises

  • Letting go thanks to mini-workshops

  • Co-creation with the whole team

  • Mini sequences around theatre and improvisation exercises, with increasing difficulty adapted to the group


2 – Team story – part 1

Exercises to discover story-creation techniques

  • Speaking techniques

  • Presentation techniques


3 - Team story – part 2

In-depth exercises, with adaptation to the company or the conference in preparation

  • Mastery of the 4 A’s, 4 P’s and 4 E’s

Stéphane Brismontier

Stéphane draws on over 20 years of experience and learning from retailers (Carrefour, PPR) and brands (Samsung, HP), teaching theatre to hundreds of people a year and coaching corporate teams from sales professionals to senior executives. His mission is to help people develop their skills to become the best versions of themselves.

Having graduated from Neoma Business School, Acting International, Cours Florent, ORSC Coaching, and certified Reiss Motivational Profile and Linkup Coaching, his main assignments focus on team building, public speaking and presentation workshops, customer experience training and the art of storytelling.

Stéphane lives between Paris and Dubai, where he has set up a French-language drama school for children and adults.

This course is offered in partnership with his agency Culture Emulsion.
