
To what extent can training be covered?
Ask your Human Resources department or your Skills Operator (OPCO). Please note that the support conditions are specific to each company and each OPCO. When you request registration by email, please let us know if you need additional information.
What is your activity number as a training organization?
Our company Retail Factory is registered as a private professional training educational establishment under number 11755942175 with the prefect of the Ile-de-France region. We have been Qualiopi certified under the number 21-02-H272 since February 19, 2021. Our registration number in the Trade Register is: 832 080 709.
Can your training be offered tailor-made?
Of course, all of the training offered in our catalog can be tailor-made to your own needs. To do this, when you send us your request, we send you a model brief to fill out which allows us to identify your needs. We then offer to discuss them together during a video conference call in order to discuss these, and finally we rget back to you with a customized proposal and a training program adapted to your request.
How can I register for training?
Our organization does not offer inter-company training nor CPF training. We offer training in intra-company format only, that is to say for teams from the same company. To request information, simply send us an email to: hello@retailfactory.fr telling us the training you are interested in, the number of people, and the desired date and we will come back to you to discuss.
What are your evaluation methods?
For each training course, we send questionnaires. Upstream: collection of participants' motivation and expectations, and assessment of knowledge by quiz. After the training: assessment of what has been learned by quiz, and satisfaction questionnaire on the process and the trainer.
How is payment made?
Once your training request has been made, a quote will be sent to you for signature to validate your participation. It must be returned to us signed. Then, we issue a 50% deposit invoice which must be paid to us before the day of the training. The remaining 50% invoice will then be sent to you after the training has taken place. Our training organization does not practice subrogation, training costs will be invoiced directly to the beneficiary customer who will then be reimbursed by their OPCO in the case of a support agreement. Retail Factory undertakes to provide the documents (paid invoices, signatures, certificates of completion, etc.) for this purpose.
Can your training be offered in English?
All our training is offered in French. But some of our trainers are bilingual in English, when this is the case this is indicated in their profile. Therefore, if you wish to book one of our training courses in English, we can offer it, just send us a request by email: hello@retailfactory.fr and we will get back to you.
Are your training courses eligible for the CPF?
At the moment, our training courses are not eligible for the CPF. We are only eligible to finance training for our customers through OPCOs.
Are your training courses offered remotely?
Some of our training courses are offered remotely, we discuss this when taking your brief. When this is the case, our 7-hour training day usually given in person is divided into 4 virtual classes of approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. To run these virtual classes we use Zoom, Teams or Google Meet tools depending on your preferences. Our trainers and participants connect to this platform on the day of the virtual class and the class takes place on this platform, with a maximum of 6 to 8 participants per session.
What does the training price include?
The price includes the training day (duration between 7 hours and 7.30 hours excluding break times) and the training memo booklet (in paper and/or digital format) given to each participant. Room rental, transport, accommodation and catering costs for the trainer and participants are the responsibility of the client, which will be advanced by Retail Factory, and re-invoiced at actual costs if necessary, according to a scale and with the prior agreement of the customer.
Where do the trainings take place?
Our training takes place mainly at our clients' premises. The location is decided with the client before the training. Our organization can also provide rooms dedicated to welcoming participants, subject to re-invoicing the rental cost to the client. The location is specified during the discussions you have with us on the organization of the training, as well as in the training conventions and in the invitations to participants.
Are your training courses accessible to people with disabilities?
Retail Factory does everything it can to facilitate access to training for People with Disabilities and works for diversity.
