#tbt Our last month’s trip to Japan 🇯🇵 when we visited the new @dior Bamboo Pavilion Tokyo, in Daikaniyama neighborhood. Spreading over 1,000 sqm with the façade replicating the 30 Montaigne, this #popup feels like a quiet escape paying tribute to the Japanese crafstmanship with these floral paper lanterns blending into the VM and scenography of the store, a Dior café by chef @annesophiepic and the beautiful Japanese garden surrounding the place. Designed by Dior with Japanese artists and craftsmen, the space blends French heritage with subtle local influences.

The Magic of @cartier‘s Artisans at the flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo. A temporary #popup exhibition highlighting the hands behind the pieces. Guided by the emblematic Panthère, visitors walk through a series of green plants and discover close-up photos by @rinkokawauchi. Upstairs are the demonstrations of crafts and process over product with on site #artisans showing their #knowhow to the attendees. Videos and participatory #workshops hosted by the Cartier Jewellery Institute further show how the Maison is dedicated to transmitting its artisanal knowledge. A beautiful way to bring the French House’s #jewellery craftsmanship to Japan and directly into the store experience. The pop up ran for 2 weeks and ended on Feb 23rd

In this grey January in Paris, a haven of warmth and colors opened its doors yesterday! @antoinettepoisson is a distinctive House that keeps alive the craft of domino paper printing and offers a unique collection of wallpapers and fabrics inspired by 18th-century interiors. In its new boutique of Saint Germain des Prés you can browse for objects and home décor as well as beautifully wrapped made-in-Paris souvenirs. And you start dreaming of a new interior dressed in their wallpapers, fabrics, and lampshades… An opening right in the middle of #parisdesignweek, bringing a welcome smile to the surrounding January blues…
